Ben Fang

Ben is a seasoned investment banking professional with over 18 years of experience spanning investment banking and investment management. As Managing Director and Supervisor of Investment Banking at Dominari Securities, he specializes in transactions across the technology, healthcare, and energy sectors. His deal experience includes IPOs, PIPEs, follow-on offerings, private placements, and M&A.

Ben began his banking career as a technology banker with a focus on the healthcare and medical sectors. Over the years, he has led teams, sourced deals, and executed transactions for growth-stage and public companies, building strong relationships with institutional investors in the U.S. and internationally.

Before entering investment banking, Ben was a Chief Architect in medical technologies at a multinational corporation and is an inventor in both medical and software technologies. He has also held key roles at emerging growth companies connected to Asian markets.

Ben holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business, an M.S. in Communications and Electronic Systems from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (graduating with top honors), and completed MBA coursework at London Business School.
