Ian Steffensen is an Investment Banking Associate at Dominari Securities in the firm’s Investment Banking & Equity Capital Markets division.

With a background in structured transactions, Ian has developed experience in financial analysis, SPV formation and management, and supporting capital raising initiatives. He works closely with institutional and accredited investors, contributing to strategies that address complex financing needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Ian graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in French Studies in May 2025.

Ian holds Series 7, 66, and 79 licenses.
