Kyle M. Wool

Kyle Wool currently serves as the President of Dominari Holdings Inc. since July 2022 and a member of the board of directors since April 2021. He also serves as the CEO and Chairman of Dominari Securities LLC, a FINRA registered broker dealer and SEC registered investment advisor, since July 2022. Wool has served as Chairman and member of the board of directors of American Ventures Acquisition Corp. I, since February 27, 2026. He also serves as the Chairman and CEO of New America Acquisition Corp I, NWAXU. He is the CEO of American Ventures Global Opportunity Fund LLC, a multi-strategy hedge fund. He boasts over 20 years in various aspects of global finance as a Managing Director of Oppenheimer & Co. and Head of The Professional Investors Group of Oppenheimer Asia LTD. from 2009 to 2013, and Executive Director at Morgan Stanley from May 2013 to January 2021.

Mr. Wool is active in various philanthropic endeavors both domestically and abroad. He currently serves as a board member of LifeLine NY, board member of the CIRSD (Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development), and board member of Project Rousseau. Mr. Wool holds Series 7, 63, & 24 securities licenses.
