Mark Carter is Vice President in the Private Equity & Private Client Group at Dominari Securities. As a financial advisor, he provides integrated strategies to help build, manage, and preserve wealth, while specializing in private markets to connect accredited investors with high-growth sectors, innovative companies, and defense tech.

Before entering finance, Mr. Carter served in the U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Beret), developing skills in strategic and tactical planning, as well as risk management.

Mr. Carter earned a Master’s degree in Technology Management from Columbia University, a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and completed executive education at Wharton. He holds Series 7, 24, 63, 66, and 79 securities licenses.
