Peter Malone

Peter Malone is serving as Managing Director at Dominari Securities.

Mr. Malone has more than 25 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and corporate finance. He specializes in identifying high-growth investment opportunities, providing strategic oversight, and advising companies through complex financing transactions and late-stage corporate capitalizations.

A key focus of Mr. Malone's work at Dominari Securities is providing investors with access to institutional-quality pre-IPO investment opportunities. Throughout his career, he has helped position investors in leading private companies prior to their public market debuts, including companies such as Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Palantir, Uber, Lyft, Airbnb and many more . Leveraging his extensive industry relationships and capital markets expertise, he helps bridge private growth companies with public market investors.

Outside of work, Mr. Malone enjoys golf and deep-sea fishing, pursuits that reflect the same discipline, strategic thinking, and patience that have defined his professional career.
