Mr. Guarini has been a licensed financial professional for over 20 years. He has extensive experience with IPO's, secondary offerings, PIPE's, registered direct offerings, and private placements.

Prior to joining Dominari Securities, Mr. Guarini managed the flagship office for a national investment banking firm where he managed relationships with high net worth individuals and institutional investors. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.

Raymond is also greatly involved in philanthropy having founded a nonprofit organization with international reach.

Mr. Guarini holds series 7, 24, 52, 63, 72 & 79 securities licenses.
